If you have already been diagnosed with a mild to moderate mental health disorder such as anxiety or depression, our regular Feel Program would be a better solution for you. It is a 16-week holistic mental health program that includes the Feel Emotion Sensor, mobile app, online mental health resources including tips and exercises, and weekly sessions with a licensed therapist.

As soon as you complete the purchase you will receive an email with next steps and your unique Participant ID code to use in order to log in to your app. Once you log in you can journal your emotions and book your weekly sessions with your coach
You will be allowed to reschedule only 1 session throughout the whole program and move it to the next week and thus extend the program duration to 5 weeks instead of 4 weeks
The Feel Relief Program is currently available in English and only in the USA
You will be matched you with your dedicated professional coach at the beginning of the program, who will be there for you for the duration of the program
All our coaches are required to be fully qualified. They either hold a Masters or Bachelors degree in health sciences and have 2-5 years of experience. Most of them are also Board Certified Coach (BCC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF) or certified with the National Board for Health and Wellness Coaching. If a coach is concerned about a patient’s mental health symptoms, he is required to escalate the case to a licensed clinician as they are unable to guide and support them.

At the start of the program you choose your preferred day and time for the first session and a day and time for the following three sessions with your coach. It is not possible to reschedule your sessions, but we can allow you to shift the session for one week only. For example, if you cannot attend a session we will extend the program by one week, so you will still attend four sessions with your coach.
